trysaju Terms of Use

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PioneerY (the "Company") and users, and other necessary matters, for the use of trysaju (https://trysaju.app, the "Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Business information)

Article 3 (Posting and changes of these Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms so that they can be viewed at any time through the link at the bottom of the Service screen.
  2. The Company may change these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws. When it does, it announces the effective date and the reason for the change on the Service screen from 7 days before the effective date (from 30 days before, for changes unfavorable to users).
  3. Changed Terms apply to use after the effective date. Payments already completed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of payment.

Article 4 (Service description)

  1. The Company provides reading content that combines saju and zodiac signs, based on information the user enters, such as date of birth.
  2. As paid content, the Company provides "a charm that suits you." The charm is determined by the user's saju and zodiac input; the same input gives the same charm. The charm can be viewed on screen immediately after payment.
  3. Saju × zodiac results are reference content. Please consult a professional about important decisions concerning health, money, or relationships. The Company does not promise that readings or charms change or guarantee luck or outcomes.

Article 5 (Use)

  1. The Service can be used without sign-up or login. To keep showing payment history and the charms a user has received, the Company stores an anonymous identification cookie in the browser. If this cookie is deleted, or a different device or browser is used, earlier history cannot be retrieved.
  2. Paid content can be purchased only by persons aged 14 or older. Before payment, the Company asks the user to confirm being 14 or older.
  3. Users must not:
    • enter another person's information without permission;
    • use the Service abnormally or interfere with its operation (such as mass requests with automated tools);
    • copy, distribute, or sell Service content without the Company's permission.

Article 6 (Paid content and payment)

  1. Paid content is paid per item. Each payment provides one item of the relevant content on screen immediately after payment.
  2. Prices and payment methods are shown on the payment screen.
  3. Payments are processed through the payment service provider engaged by the Company, and the Company does not itself store payment-method information such as card numbers.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and refunds)

  1. Withdrawal (청약철회) and refunds follow the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. and the Company's refund policy (https://trysaju.app/refund).
  2. Once the purchased content has been opened on screen, withdrawal is restricted due to the nature of digital content (Article 17(2) of the same Act). The Company notifies users of this before payment and obtains their confirmation.
  3. Cases where payment was made but the content did not open on screen, and cases where the content was provided differently from what was displayed, advertised, or contracted (Article 17(3) of the same Act), are handled under the refund policy.
  4. Refunds can be requested at wblee@pioneery.co. If a withdrawal is accepted, the Company cancels the payment to the original payment method within 3 business days (Article 18 of the Electronic Commerce Act).

Article 8 (Changes and suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or temporarily suspend part or all of the Service for equipment maintenance, failures, or other operational reasons. Where advance notice is possible, it is given on the Service screen. If the Service ends, unused payments are refunded.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. Readings and charms are reference content, and the Company is not responsible for the results of decisions users make based on them. However, damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence is an exception.
  2. The Company is not responsible for results arising from information users entered incorrectly, or for damage caused by events beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters.
  3. This Article does not reduce consumers' rights under applicable laws.

Article 10 (Dispute resolution and governing law)

  1. Inquiries and complaints about the Service are received and handled through the email and phone above.
  2. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes between the Company and users.
  3. Lawsuits are filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. Users may apply for mediation to a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency.

Addendum: These Terms take effect on October 16, 2026.
